HOT clients

Individuals seeking a service. HOT clients are those who need a service immediately. They are interested in finding a service provider available at that moment to meet their needs.

Service providers

These are individuals, small businesses, or companies offering services either by schedule or on request. Examples include barbers, hairdressers, mechanics, etc. They aim to maximize their work schedules but often face gaps due to cancellations or no-shows. These gaps represent lost revenue. Service providers are keen to find new clients to fill these gaps.

How it works

The app connects HOT clients with service providers who are currently available. Here is how it operates:

For Clients

  1. Search for service providers within a specific range.
  2. View a list of available service providers.
  3. Communicate with multiple service providers simultaneously.
  4. Navigate to service provider or Make appointments and discuss service details directly through the app.

For Service Providers

  1. Show your availability in real-time.
  2. Communicate with multiple clients simultaneously.
  3. Make price offer to request.
  4. Wait until client accepts it.
  5. Wait for client to arrive.
  6. Use the app as an additional marketing tool to attract HOT clients.
